To My Mom~
“Happy Mother’s Day” means more than have a happy day.
Within those words lie many things I never get to say.
It means you are the world to me and that I honor you.
Most of all, it means that I am thinking of you today with happiness and appreciation, too.
I love you, not just as my Mom, but for everything that you are and do!”
Also, wishing my mother-in-law, mommy-friends, and fellow-mommy-webbies a HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!
What a fabulous and eventful day! Since our mom is vacationing in another country, Wil and I (and Ashlyn) were invited to have a Mother’s Day lunch with Ivy, Oli, and their moms. We went for dim sum at Dynasty Seafood in San Jose. It was wonderful to see Aunt Justina and Aunt Celia again.

Lunch was great! Dynasty has the best dim sum in the South Bay!…it is, however, a bit on the pricey side though.
After lunch, Ivy, Oli, Wil, Ashlyn, and I headed over to Valley Fair to walk around and shop.
I bought myself a new pair of black sandals at Nordstrom (to replace my beloved broken flip-flops). Since my feet are much too swollen to try anything on, I enlisted the help of Ivy and Wil. It’s awesome when friends share the same size feet.
I’m happy to say that those were my lone purchase for the day.

We pretty much shopped till the mall closed. Wing, Em, Cin, Matty, and Tony joined us for dinner at CPK. I had a great time as all my friends spoiled the only “mother” there…..me!
Ashlyn had such a blast today! Running amok with exuberant energy and getting by the entire day with barely a nap, she fell fast asleep on the car ride home. hehehe

Ashlyn’s pic of the day
I’ve been feeling good. Kinda anxious to get this baby out. I was hoping all this walking would somehow speed things up and induce labor. HAHAHA! So far, nothing…except sore feet and an aching back. hehehe
We’ll see what my doc says tomorrow.
G’Nite! Hope you had a great weekend!
