I haven’t been in much of a journaling mood. Days go by so quickly….and I’m enjoying time with Aric and the kids, and making the most of these warm summer nights.
Saturday, at Lollicups
This weekend was just like any other: home improvements, shopping, visiting with family/friends, running errands, relaxing in front of the telly, and having fun with our girls.
Yesterday, Ashlyn asked to go to The OC Fair, but settled for Boomer’s instead. 
We bought her an unlimited ride pass and let her go nuts. Ashlyn is addicted to the Leap Frog ride (it’s a kiddie-version of a free fall ride…takes you up, drops you down repeatedly). She rode that thing over 20 times. 
Summer enjoys spinning in the teacups. 
Ashlyn also got her fingers and toes painted yesterday while Aric got a haircut. It was cute seeing her sit in the lounge chaise holding her spread fingers in the air. She was spoiled with attention at the salon, and the manicurist added little flowers to her thumbs and big toes.
