I spent a lazy day at home with Ashlyn...no cleaning, no laundry, no nothing!
Are you envious?...don't be. These days I find myself thinking about going back to work. It's not that I don't enjoy the time spent with Ashlyn at home, but I feel like I could take on more. *sigh* We'll see. I spent the day watching sitcoms like, "Full House", "Family Matters", "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air", and "The Cosby Show" while I played with Ashlyn. Her personality is really starting to come out and it's so amusing. She's really laid back and has a sense of humor about everything. She laughs after every sneeze, fart (or when she has them simutaneously...HAHAHAHA), hiccup, poopy, and spit-up. She thinks everything is funny. She's currently in love with her Mega Saucer and can play for hours in that thing. Yeah...*stretch*...I've got it pretty easy.

Wednesdays feel like long days for me because Aric has school and doesn't get home till late. Friends usually come over on Wednesday to hang out, watch Dawson's Creek, and keep me company.
Tonight, Ed and Sue came by to pick me up for a late dinner. Since I already ate, I just tagged along to get out of the house. As we headed out the door, we bumped into Aric, who got out of class early. We all headed over to BJ's Restaurant Brewery. BJ's has great deep-dish pizzas, fresh salads, generous entrees, and a nice selection on tap (especially the Stout). The best is Happy Hour (after 10pm), where drinks and mini pizzas are half-price and $2.00 off any appetizers! =D

We came back to our place and hung out. I was happy to see Apolo Anton Ohno win the Gold for Speed Skating/Short Track Skating. YAY!
