Didn't do much today...just the usual. But once Aric got home from work, and I had someone to watch Ashlyn, I started painting her room. Ashlyn still sleeps in her crib in our room. I want to move her into her own room, but Aric's having a hard time "letting go". hehehe
The painting took a little over four hours, but I finished. Not bad. I don't know if you can tell from the pictures, but I painted the ceiling too. Damn, my arms are sore! The color is called "Bliss"...it's a very light shade of blue (with a violet hue). Painting the ceiling was an idea I got from one of the model homes. It gives the appearance that the room looks bigger or the ceiling is higher. I dunno...can't really tell. Aric thinks we should paint clouds on the ceiling like The Forum Shops in Vegas. HAHAHA! Easy now...I'm just getting the hang of this. We have a few more rooms in the house that I'd like to paint. Anyhow...*stretch*...I'm achy and pooped!
