Ivy threw Wil a birthday lunch at Il Fornaio in Palo Alto. Despite the heavy rain, it was such a lovely party. We sipped mimosas and shared calamari and carpaccio appetizers. I ordered the Frittata with spinach, applewood smoked bacon, and country potatoes. It was delicious! =)

Sis and I had to leave a little early. She had to shuttle her kids from a lecture at Stanford to a birthday party, and I had a bunch of errands to run. I made Sis a deal: I would shuttle the kids from place to place if she accompanied me on my errands. We probably would have gotten things done faster if we split up, but what would be the fun of that? hehehe

Ivy, Wil, Tony, Cin, Matty, Mayu, Wing, Oli, and Aaron came over in the evening. Ivy and I had to prep stuff for Sarah's Shower, and everyone else wanted to hang out and help.
Matty and I joined alliances in a game of Trivial Pursuit. Between his Sports knowledge and my knack for Pop-culture, we kicked everyone's butt. HAHAHAHA!

*YAWN* What a long day....and tomorrow will be even longer. But I'm looking forward to it.
